Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
At Rutba Libas, every piece is carefully checked and quality-inspected before it is packed. Please read our shipping, return, and exchange terms below before placing your order.
Shipping
- Shipping is free on all orders within India.
- We also ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Payment
All orders must be paid online at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
Exchange Policy
1. Stitched Suits (Size Exchange Only)
For stitched suits, only exchange of size is available under the following conditions:
- The size exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Size exchange is provided one time only per order.
- The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are not available for color or design preferences.
2. Unstitched Suits & General Products
For unstitched suits and all other products, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size, or colour preferences. An exchange is offered only if you receive the wrong product.
3. Wrong Product Received (Mandatory Parcel Opening Video)
If you have received an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must record a continuous, uncut 360° parcel opening video starting from the sealed outer package with the courier label clearly visible.
- The video must clearly capture the unpacking and show the incorrect item received.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Requests for wrong products without a continuous parcel opening video cannot be accepted.
